You were already following my Instagram account, where I publicly documented and shared this handbag design and its development before your version appeared. So you had access to my work prior to creating and publishing your design.

I have dated records of my design process, prototypes, posts, and publication history. Given the substantial similarity between the designs, I am documenting everything and reviewing the appropriate next steps.

Blocking me will not change anything. I have already preserved all relevant evidence, including screenshots and records of your account, listings, and products.

I am asking you to immediately remove this design from your website and from all platforms where it is currently being offered, sold, or promoted.
