Can I request extra customization after placing an order?
Yes, you can contact us within 24 hours of placing your order with your Order ID and customization details through WhatsApp or email available on our Contact Us page.
How long does shipping and delivery take?
Customized products are usually dispatched within 4 business days, while non-customized products are generally dispatched within 2 business days. Standard delivery time after dispatch is approximately 5 to 7 business days depending on location and courier availability.
What if my product arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear images or videos of the product and packaging for replacement assistance.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Due to the personalized nature of many of our products, full Cash on Delivery may not be available on certain orders. However, we do offer partial COD options on eligible products and locations for a smoother and more secure ordering experience.
