Customized products are specially created for individual customers and therefore are generally not eligible for return, refund, or exchange after order confirmation.

For products received in physically damaged condition during transit:

  • Customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Supporting images or videos may be required for verification

Non-customized products may qualify for exchange support under applicable conditions.
